Familiar with V Auction 's ?

Anyone here use V Auctions, European, Can tell me how the shipping works ?
I won an auction lot and paid with a Bank Wire on Sept 29,
and can not get any shipping info fron Germany...
Does it usually take weeks ?
The shipping charge alone was like $150.00 (102 euro)

Trying to be patient, just don/t know the procedure....

Ive gotten a few coins from Vauctions but never the European one. The questions I had I directed them support@vauctions.com and got a response within a few hours. This was last month too.

Likewise. I won a coin from VAuctions, once, but it wasn't the European one.
