JOE TINKER T206 HANDS ON KNEE ERROR

I am trying to find some information on this card. It is graded by PSA. The card design has CUBS across the front. But underneath is CHI GO underneath as if CHICAGO was to be printed first. I have not seen another copie like this one. Either on the internet or at shows around the east coast. Any feedback or other examples like this one would like to see or hear of.
