    WOW, WOW, WOW, just got home from game 2 about an hour ago, absolute blast. Maven and I had an incredible time. We are both hoarse from cheering, chanting, yelling, etc. We did our part as fans tonight!!!! We even started out with mascara Derek Holland moustaches She looked so funny! What a fun game, I though Saturday was the funnest game I had ever been to until today/night. Unforunately, I turned my phone on video when we came up against Valverde the first time mentioned above and I ran out of charge as I thought we were winning it there, so I don't have any photos of the winning celebration. I ended my profanity free streak of games at 3, I've been trying to work on that, LOL.

    Nelson Cruz came up HUGE. Hit a homer to tie it up late in the game and sent the fans and players into an awesome celebration with the 1st ever walk off grand slam in baseball postseason history. (Robin Ventura hit one in 1999 to end a playoff game, but he never rounded the bases, as I think he heard Nolan was waiting at the plate for him and he didn't want to tempt fate, so he technically was credited with a single only)

    I think I'm headed to bed early again, I'm worn out. Rangers up 2-0 in trying to defend their AL Championship.

    Rangers on to Detroit for games 3, 4, and 5 if necessary.

    What a fun game.

    Mike,

    What a great game, I had an absolute blast watching this one before watching my Bears embarrass themselves on Monday night FB. Maven will surely remember this game and the fun she had with dad. I really hope my daughter enjoys going to games with me when she is a little bit older.
