Another tooled coin on eBay- "1793" cent

The seller will be very disappointed when he/she finds out that this is a 1794 cent that has been altered to look like a 1793. The style of the head and hair gives it away, though the exact Sheldon variety escapes me. I don't bother reporting these things any more because of the cumbersome eBay reporting system- what a waste of time. I have no doubt the seller thinks it's a real 1793.

I think perhaps it is a 1795. Still, should be obvious to any collector... a 1793 Cap with denticles!?!
