Anyone know who Ruffco is/was? I was told the sticker was scarcer than the slab!

In my safe there is a ruffco holder that holds 5 rattler slabs. Belongs to my dad. Just a piece of molded plastic with rubber on the ends. The rattlers are not bad either.

Oreville may know. He has a 1955-D Roosevelt Dime in the same type holder with the same sticker on it. He made a post about it on December 13, 2010, at 2:21 PM.

    Saw that one come up . . . . and I've seen a few other 'Ruffco' stickers . . .I think they are cool. Rumor. . . . a premium.

Picked it up at a local show yesterday. Lady at the table said RUFFCO was out of Omaha. The sticker peels off apparently.

One way to find out would be to call the 800 number.

Funny thing is if I Google that 800 number it brings up that post.

Interesting. I have an NGC 3 sample slab and an NGC 4 sample slab with a Ruffco sticker on it. I got them both for free as a YN in 1989. Both are also silver Roosevelt dimes.
