What do you think? When you sell an ungraded coin, and have a nice picture on your ebay item, do you offer a return?

Ouch! I hope you at least made up for it with volume.

I won't bid on an item unless there is a "no questions asked" return policy, whether raw or certified.
I pretty much stopped buying raw coins on eBay except from a couple of sellers with whom I've done business and trust.

<< <i>Effectively, eBay does not have a "No Returns" policy is PayPal is used. A buyer can claim (legitimately or not) that the item was not as described, open a case, and the buyer will be able to return the item and receive a refund. I recommend just stating a "no questions asked" return policy for whatever period of time makes you comfortable. A "returns policy" will increase the bidders since it indicates that you probably are reasonable as a seller. >>
Irrespective of what I'm buying on eBay, if a seller doesn't offer a return policy I think something's fishy and refuse to bid.
As stated, eBay has effectively negated its "no returns" option with its buyer friendly "Buyer Protection" policy.
Best to go with the flow and offer returns, since the buyer is in the driver's seat anyway.
