Live: 1978 Wax Topps Baseball Two Pack Rip - Resealed?

I'm going to rip these two 1978 Topps Baseball Wax Packs I got off ebay for so cheap they must be resealed - lets find out together!
Evidence, Exhibit A:

Evidence, Exhibit B:

The pack to the left has loose gum, it's punctured the wrapper some. The wrapper feels somewhat loose - the back does look like the type of back you see in a box, but I think I see roller marks.
The pack to the right is so tightly wrapped and shiny....

There is a Guidry and a Carlton Leaders Card - and they seem like they are sharp. But there was this top rip in the wrapper when I opened it:

Sequencing can vary, though it always follows a logical progression.
The first pack may be good, It's hard to say from just looking at the scan. At the very least, the gum is correct and the cards are pack fresh. I've opened a boatload of 78 wax and many legit packs have slight tears inside the wrapper folds, particularly in the location shown. If it is a reseal, it's a good one.
The second pack is not even close to legit. Gum is clear giveaway. Resealers often use late 80s and non-sport skinny gum to fabricate packs. And as nendee indicated, authentic 78 wax packs usually have a "turnaround" or break in the sequence midway through the pack.
