I dunno but I follow some of the NFL players that I know on twitter, just by chance I tweeted him today and he re-tweeted it which is pretty cool IMO heres what i tweeted him:

I believe 1989 Score is the rookie card of choice.

Craig, 89 Score is his best RC, as is the case for Deion Sanders. Lawrence taylor would be 82 Topps

As for paying, I will let others more experienced answer that.
