How much will this rough cut effect the grade of this Mantle

Depends on the Grader, should be half/whole grade down or No affect at all. I would be more concerned about the Diamond Cut.

I find rough-cuts to be more attractive on older cards. Depending on what set it's from, I don't think graders mind either. I agree with Mr. YEEE FREAKING HAAA though, the diamond cut or tilt may be a problem.

There's no penalty for the rough cut. I'd say that card is a 7OC or 8OC or a straight 6.
