I picked one up today at the dealer for $31... only silver he had left!

They seem to go on Ebay for $50+ shipping...

    I've seen some in the last few days go for around $33-35 on the bay, depends on the year I assume.

  • Theyre attrition rate isnt high enough yet to concede massive premiums, however libertads do carry a premium.
    By attrition rate I mean percentage permannelty melted, lost destroyed etc. never coming back to market...
    Also Bulion coins/bars vary from other coins they need to have very small mintages such as 250-500 to see a huge premium, and those are for 1 ozers, anything alrger and mintage would have to decrease.

    Regardless for $31 Sweet pickup, my local BM charges about $4.25 over spot on Libertads.
