Anyway to remove paper and glue from a back of a card?

I am looking at a card that looks to have been glued into a scrap book. Anyway to remove the residue and stuck on paper? The card looks to be a PSA 7 or 8 if I can get it off.

How to Soak a Card

I tried this once and it worked amazingly well. There was some light staining left where the glue was, but that was about it.

Does the soaking process just allow the glue and extra paper to fall off?

Yes, once you take it out of the water, the glue and paper just slides right off.
