Handcut help

I have a hancut card that has already been cut. 2 of the edges are square and straight.... The bottom and the right side of the card are fine. It must have been the bottom left card on the sheet. The other 2 edges are pretty mangled. Luckily I think there is just enough extra card that it could be trimmed down to the correct size but it's an extremely small cut. More of a shave than a trim. Does anyone have a suggestion what to use to make the cut and the best technique.

I just cut a 1960 Hemmlet's Journal set. I ended up using the cutting board from my office. I took it to "Deck the Halls" at my local mall and they suggested a cutting board. They said they could do it with an utility knives but suggested that I do it myself. I think they came out very well. One thing is to make sure the blade & back edge are "square" with some test cuts. Most board are slightly off so you have to rely on the lines not just the build in square.
