PCGS Online Submission Form - Problems

I have tried at least 4 differnt times to fill out and submit the PCGS Online Submission form to no avail. At various stages of the submission form it loads a window saying there was an issue loading the following page...or something to that affect....thereby restricting and neglecting me from filling out the form!

What have Board Members' experiences been regarding PCGS Online Submission Forms?

I thought it would be fun and easy to fill out such a submission form, therefore saving me time, but that has not been the case.
So, until the bugs get worked out on this Online Submission Form, I guess I will just revert to the paper copies!

PCGS, you will be receiving two submissions from me in the next week

Last time I tried it, it was a bit buggy with respect to deleting entries and was slow, with strange results when extending onto a second page -- overall a pain in the neck to use. I much prefer my current solution, which requires I pull out my Olivetti Lettera 22 and PCGS's carbonless forms.
