ANyone notice any grading differences with free CC subs?

I'm grouping up my cards to submit, and have my soon-to-expire free voucher to use as well. I can't claim it's a very large sample size, but my last two free subs have come back with harsher grades (IMO) than my CC specials.

Should it make any difference, other than the higher max value on the free subs, which cards I include on which sub?

Anyone want to chime in on the conspiracy du jour?

I bet grader 185 does the free subs, which would explain your harsh grades.

Better watch out. I hear that the graders read these forums and are burning people who complain about the grading. image

I thought quite the opposite. My free subs seemed weak and over graded imo. My other CC special subs were more accurate. Just from my observations...

I went back and reviewed more closely, and I think the reason behind my perception of the grading being tougher is because I'm submitting star cards on the freebie due to the higher value ceiling. We all know star cards get a bit more scrutiny.

EDIT: I'd like to apologize to everyone who got reader's whiplash from that run-on sentence.....
