Roosie album toner - is it time to remove it from the album?

I have a BU set of Roosevelts that have been in album since I was a kid. They were in a Whitman album until a couple of years ago. They are in a H.E. Harris album now. Many have rainbow toned. Does there come a time when they should be removed from the album to end the toning progression? This is about as good a photo as I can get with my DinoLite. The colors are more vivid in hand. (Ignore the caption at the bottom - that's wrong but I don't know how to remove it.)

If I had it my way, stupidity would be painful!

<< <i>leave em in the album but rotate them. It may help them to tone more evenly.
No touchy is right. It doesn't help to tone the coin better by rotating it, in fact its the complete opposite!
