Ran into Shaq O'Neal tonight at the local MMA fight at Roxy Night Club...

Shaq was super cool and took a quick pic with Bill and I outside the club in the VIP parking area. He was with his girl Hoops from the reality shows. Shaq is big into MMA at this point and was looking super ripped and is a Giant!!! This pic was taken right next to his is crazy Mustang. Super cool moment!!!

    Which Roxy? HA! There are Roxy's that I've been to in Boston, Providence and LA. I can't imagine the LA one having MMA fights. My guess is Providence. Cool picture.

    Orlando, Florida.

    Shaq lives out in Isleworth which is about 25 minutes from downtown. That is where Tiger lives and Ken Griffey Jr. and many others.

    I have never scene a man this big. It is just unreal how huge he is. Bill and I have been at the gym and said hey to him a few times but never aproached him.

    He is in awesome shape at this point and is totally ripped. He is a part owner in the 24 Hour Fitness we work out at. Orlando is not a real big city and he recognizes people.


    Shaq is a super cool guy and this was awesome!

    I live about an hour north of Orlando and know people who've seen him at Mall at Millenia. They also said he was very approachable. Cool pic!

    Not sure what you mean on the glasses. The pic was taken with a Blackberry camera phone so that is why the pic is not that great. Shaq was in a hurry and was kind enough to stop and take a pic. Another guy tried to get a pic but the camera was not working and he said he had to run.

    it was like salad days when Shaq was around and fun to be a Laker fan.

    he will always be remembered as that poor free throw shooting crazy clown manchild with infinitely more character than whoever is schlepping them around now.

    Shaq is in the best shape I have ever seen him in. He has gotten into MMA and he is ripped.

    You just can not imagine how huge he is in person.
