another newbie question re using a "mac"

I have done searches on how to post a coin images and found several that are quite helpful, however they all give the steps using explorer. Does anybody know how to post using Mac's OS (safari)? As always, any help is appreciated.

I just hand type in everything. It's just as easy.

Doing it via the toolbar buttons in any browser and operating system combo does require the pop-up blocker to be off, at least for the site.

But it's really easy to do by hand. I reccommend it.

instead of "reply" hit "Quote" and you will see what has to be typed to include an image in the post.

here is a coin from my collection:

I have other great pieces like it, and art and old dinosaur bones and I keep them all over the world in these little building I call museums.

just include those 2 image tags with the square brackets and put the url of the photo between them and that's it. very easy.

Safari is the browser. What is the OS system you are using? Leopard? Lion?

On LION it's just a two finger touch on the mouse pad from your picture hosting site image and them hit "copy image address". Hit command V (paste) and than add img in brackets before the string and /IMG at the end. Easy peasy. MJ

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

My pleasure John and welcome to the forum. Nice Texas!

I was a 17 year PC user who just converted to a MAC kicking and screaming. Guess, what? I love it. I now know why all those APPLE stores are always packed with people. I always figured it was just a cult. I was wrong. What a system. The best money I ever spent was the $99 One on One classes.

    I love my MacBook Air.

MJ, wow that is good to hear from a long time PC user. I have ALWAYS had a Mac and never have understood to love some people have of the PC as it has such an inferior system.
