strange... The card design is 1998 Topps but the back looks like it says 2004 Topps.

The biggest error was Topps putting Joe Buck on an "All-Time Fan Favorites" card! Even just "fan favorite" would be a big reach.

The set is called "All Time Fan Favorites", so clearly this card was never supposed to exist. It might be a rare collectible from the parallel universe known as "Earth 2", where Joe Buck is a beloved baseball broadcaster.

    Well said. image
  • Joe buck hates baseball. Thinks it's boring and wishes he was at a football game during every baseball game his bosses make him cover ... He is terrible. I mute him when he is on.

Ohhh - it's got a stray line of text on the bottom of the reverse. There is NO WAY a Joe Buck card would ever say that he has "... a firm understanding of the game."

  • Artie Lange on the short lived Joe Buck show was pretty funny.
