Some new coins for my circ Commem set

Got these this weekend at the annual 2-day show that the Buffalo Numismatic Association runs. The Pilgrim is a downgrade for my set. I was able to pick it up from a dealer from Ohio for $20.
The Pan Pac was in a newer ICG slab. I cracked it out to put in my album. I think ICG overgraded it, any grade opinion?
I also picked up a circulated Iowa that's not easy to image, and a PCGS G06 Lafayette that's a duplicate but I couldn't turn it down.
Overall the dealers I talked to said the show was very slow. The weather both days was crappy, cold and rainy, the economy is really depressed in WNY, and the metal market were reasons I heard.

I really like your Pan-Pac. I prefer mid-grade circ commems over low grade examples, though.
My personal grade on the PanPac would be VF30. I have no clue what ICG would grade it.
That's a nice Pilgrim, too, with a FR02 obverse and an AG03 reverse.

ICG might have been a little high, but not egregiously so, IMO. There's still a lot of detail in Columbia's skirt and the eagle's feathers. However, VF35 tells me a coin just missed an XF grade, which I don't find true for this coin. Nice coin.
