You can use Big Crumbs. Ive been using it for about a month and have been getting between 3-3.5% of Ebay purchases, and on some occasions the cap of 3.7%. The only caveat is that you have to use the Ebay.ca link that they have. Otherwise it is great. Here is my referral link if you or anyone else is interested in signing up: Big Crumbs
It's total BS of course.
eBay still gives out eBay Bucks on high ticket items like TVs, computers, rare numismatic items and the like.
I didn't use eBay to buy bullion anyway, so it doesn't matter to me.
Seems that bullion sellers are getting a bit of a screwing from eBay, since now there is one less incentive for buy from them rather than at coin shows or B&M locations.
Perhaps somebody or some group of people were manipulating the system but I can't figure out how.
<< <i>looks like sellers makeup for no ebay bucks.. premium tonight is 6-8 dollars over silver spot , for the eagles ....vs $8-10 over spot a week ago l >>
Sellers are losing money after they pay ebay and paypal fees. I don't know why they want to do this. Ebay did not lower fees by 2%. --Jerry
<< <i>eBay: "As always, eBay is committed to bringing you amazing deals on gold and silver. However, to do so, we can no longer offer ebay bucks for purchases from the Bullion category within Coins & Paper Money."

Even with ebay bucks, the bullion prices were always high because sellers have to pay 6-10% in fees. That just don't work for bullion. My gripe is that they have lumped PCGS graded MS/PR70 gold, silver and platinum in with bullion so my buyers just got a 2% price hike and the only one benefiting is ebay. --jerry
