U.S. Mint silver

Does anyone have any idea when the U.S. Mint will start selling there silver sets again? Their site says "temporarily unavailable for product repricing." This in for the silver proof set, the silver quarter set, and the 2011W silver eagle.

They are currently swamped with returns from those like me who want to buy again at the new lower price.

Can we just call in and get a price adjustment instead of actually sending them back?

image Send back too many times and they will block your account frtom any returns and no they will not price adjust.

Would you want them to send you a bill when the price goes up?

Dude, I don't care what they do. I just want to know the rules so I can play the game. image
I know I can do that at Kohls. image

I'll ask a return question, if I order something and the price shoots up can they cancel my order that hasn't shipped?

    Just stirring the pot.
    I'll keep my 2011-W uncs.
They're gorgeous and to me a deal is a deal whether it's a forum member, a dealer or the Mint.

No! You will need to send them back or cancel your order then reorder if they chang the price. Kinda sucks needing to go throu all that but it is what it is. image

  • They did it the day AFTER the 7 day return time period expired.....just my luck

I spoke with a Mint Representative who had some insight as to when some products will be available at restructured prices. It may come as soon as by end of next week.
