What is the PCGS "Crossover" submission tier and cost???

In which PCGS submission category do "Crossover" submissions occur?
And will it be the same cost as that submission category.

    Ok, so "Crossover" just depends on the value of the coin being submitted?

    Is "Crossover" its own submission, or can it the "crossover" coin(s) be combined with a submission of raw coins?

    Crossover and raw go on separate forms I believe.

    Crossovers must be kept seperate from other coins. Just check the box for crossover submission and select the tier that you want to send them in under.
