Quick eBay Question..

If the seller cancels an auction, can the buyer still leave negative feedback?
A client of mine is in a strange situation. Bought a coin. Seller adds $45 "convenience fee" to checkout process through eBay (in addition to shipping). The shipping was disclosed but the $45 was not. Turns out the seller thinks they can charge for "special care" to make sure the coin gets to the buyer.
In addition, the seller is sending rather nasty e-mails (through eBay) about the whole situation. Now the seller is saying he will just cancel the auction, which is fine with the buyer.
Thanks for your help.

He should also report it to ebay (and he should not threaten a neg in any emails)
He should definitely neg is the coin is not delivered for the auction price stated.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
