locking in a price/ refiners

are there any refiners that buys gold and silver have a lock in price ?

Once you have an established account with them, Horizon Metals in Chicago will let you lock at least part of your order upon receipt.

I believe that aragold.com will lock in your spot price upon receipt of your items even for newbies.
