Going forward, what will PSA use as a "guide" for what they will or will not grade?

The reason i ask is that starting with the 2012 Standard Catalog, they will no longer list anything newer then 1980.

Will they, or do they now, use the beckett issue?

    This is a great question. I was dissapointed on a few cards tha psa said they wouldnt grade. The reason they gave was that they didn't have enough information.... Even though the cards were licensed and I provided examples of sealed pack to identify the year and manufacturer and I got no where. I have a sub ready to go to bgs for cards tha psa won't grade. I've contacted bgs customer service and they were much more willing to do some research and decide to slab the cards.
