Opinions on a 59 Mantle

This is out of a raw set that I recently purchased. Clean Mantle, but there is some sort of print mark on the back. Any idea as to how PSA would grade this?

From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

Is that a print mark or some sort of foreign subtance, ink stamp, etc?

Might be worth a good soak or a visit to Dick Towle to see if he could get it off for you.

7 MK or 7 PD would be my guess. Can't tell if it is a print defect or a mark that was put on it later.

Always looking for Mantle cards such as Stahl Meyer, 1954 Dan Dee, 1959 Bazooka, 1960 Post, 1952 Star Cal Decal, 1952 Tip Top Bread Labels, 1953-54 Briggs Meat, and other Topps, Bowman, and oddball Mantles.

Almost looks like an ink stamp or 1/2 of one anyway.

Is the top of the card scalped or is that just the scan?
