Well, the card itself is worth between $600-$700. I am not sure what Will's autograph is worth, maybe someone else can chime in on that. I am sure there will be a premium for it being his rookie card. But with a price like $50,000 OBO, there is no offer you can make without insulting him. I would think a reasonable offer would be a WHOLE lot less......

One sold in Legendary back in 2006 for $1,000. That one wasn't graded, but the card itself looked alot nicer than this one. I think the seller is extremely overpriced, and no offer would be good enough for him. The absolute MAX I think that card would be worth, would be between $2,000-$4,000, and the seller would probably scoff at that - although the $4,000 would actually be a premium.....

I cant imagine that being sold for any more than 1500 tops.

Yea.....I think the sig is better than the one through Legendary, but the $50 large is a joke. Someone is just showing off. If someone offers him $2,000 the smart play would be to jump on it!!

These are not that rare. I've seen at least 4 different ones in slabs. Guy Rodgers for example is FAR more rare on a 61 card (or a 69 for that matter). I think it's about an $1800 card. If the right two bidders got going at it I suppose it could hit $3K but I agree w/ Bobby. I would snap up a $2K offer immediately.
  • Speaking of Wilt, his on-court nemesis Bill Russell's auto rc psa/dna has been sold for $1495

  • This card sold on ebay a few years ago and i saved a picture from the listing I think it sold for around $2,000. It looks like this guy had it graded since then.

That Russell is WAY overpriced. You can get an EX one for $700 and his auto at a show is $200.

I don't know what the one you showed is worth, as a point of reference, here's mine that I paid $1300 for (sig looks a lot better in person than it does in the scan)

Wow someone here actually owns one too!

Is your miscut too or trimmed? it looks shorter than the other one.

Yea...it's a nice card, but his pricing is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY off......he might as well say $5,000 OBO.....
  • I agree with the rest. It is nice to have his sig on a nice rookie card, but it still should not fetch more than $2,000-3,000, and that may be a little too much.

Agreed, I would go as high as $3000 if I have a cash.

I actually like the card but I'm a sucker for a very clean MC vintage card, that said I prefer pen signatures on vintage rookies to sharpies. Price is insane, probably more of a show off auction.
  • I'd pass for me I rather have a nice looking PSA 2 or 3... I just really dislike MC that look that bad.

yea the miscut isn't pretty but I don't know if I rather have psa 2 or 3 over this, the sharp corners/edges and the color on this card is pretty stunning
