1953 Topps Set = $500 BIN

This sold earlier today. Christmas has come early for someone. Seller is 100% legit, I've bought from him on several occasions. Looking at his recent history, he is blowing out super nice vintage sets at about 20% book value. Except for this 53 Set, which is about 10% of value. image

1953 Topps Set Sold

The best part about the 53 set is its listed as "partial", when really its only missing the skipped number non existent cards!!

That whole auction looks odd. How can someone selling vintage cards not know what something is worth?

I bought a box of 700 1969 Topps Baseball HI #s from him for $50 BIN that are the nicest I have ever seen. It's the real deal, as he says in his listings. I have no idea what he is thinking.

I would be shocked if he doesn't get excellent feedback over the next few days from the lucky buyers.

What's with all of his star cards being graded by CHAMPS. Is that even a legit company?
  • Somethings rotten in Denmark. Why would someone sell at such a deep discount who obviously knows better.
    A nickel ain't worth a dime anymore.
