Need Info ERROR 1989-D Congressional Silver Dollar Rotated Reverse

Hi , Thanks for any help .
I have a 1989-D Congressional Silver Dollar that has a rotated reverse 180 " .
Still in the mint issued hard plastic holder .
Very neat coin to look at .
Look at the obverse then flip it over from the bottom and the reverse is upside down.
Does it have any Error Value?Should I send it to PCGS for Error slabbing ?
Thanks Again for your help. Ron tradecoin on Ebay

Yes, they are worth significantly more than the regular version.

These were made on my coin press (scroll down about 2/3rds of the way):

I have one (pictured on the page linked above).

    I would buy another one.

Yes, that rotated reverse is quite valuable.

A number of dealers would be happy to buy it, including me.
