1984 Fleer Puckett...Fake?????

Once again, calling out the experts on this one. Bought a raw Puckett on eBay. It was Buy it Now at a good price that I caught shortly after listing. Guy has 100+ positive and I saw some happy raw card buyers in his feedback. I've handled this card a lot and it immediately felt a little flimsy. Just have a feeling it may be fake, but I really have no experience with this. Looking at the cards on edge, it seems that the card is thinner than my comparison Puckett. First scan below is the card in question and the second is another Puckett I have that I feel confident is legit. Thanks in advance.

<< <i>This card has fakes, too? Sheesh. >>
Yup. In the early/mid 90s, the Puckett and Clemens rookies in this set had Beckett prices of over $400 each.
The counterfeiters didn't just target big dollar cards. Some fake examples have been found of 1987 Fleer Ruben Sierra rookies, as well as 1978 Topps Mario Soto cards. I'm guessing they didn't think anyone would look closely at a $2 - 5 card or something.
