Do people in CU take interest in game-used patch autographed cards?

I recently got into it myself. I love the look/feel of GU patch with auto, some of them look so used and worn and you really feel like you own a piece of the game. And I know that the card companies spent good money to acquire an authentic game used jersey, those run up pretty high in Grey Fannel.

I just got this Earl Monroe on-card GU patch 3-COLOR from 2010 Panini National Treasure, I love the old, dirty look of the patch

It's not a patch but I thought I would add my own superstar, HOF-caliber player card to the Monroe, Ripken, & Youngs already shown:




And, yes, I think this card is hideously ugly, but what's a player collector to do?
