I was watching the 'heads on CNBC talk about the Fed "Twist". Are they just making Elmo up now? Apparently it happened once in 1961. Whatever it is, it's a band aid.

So the banks ain't leading now and they lower the rate so the Banks will continue not to loan out $$?

How's this going to do anything? Except if you got so much $$ you don't need a loan in the first place.

I know it helping some one out.
