My very first autograph PSA/DNA authentic card.

Hi everyone. I am super excited today. My very first PSA/DNA card came in the mail today. I never bothered with autographs until now. I always wanted one of these and now I have one. I am wicked happy with it. Anyways here it is. Enjoy!

  • Thank you IMF! I don't think I will start collecting autos like a mad man. I need to try and finish 2 sets before I continue this new auto thang. I think the next auto I will try to get will be the 1992 Bowman Mariano Rivera card.

That is a really cool piece!

Is that the same auto you posted a few days back to see if others thought it was legit?

One of the few auto's I have is a signed Jeter ball from when he was playing spring training in Tampa, FL in 2002.

  • Nice Jeter rc.

    Thank you!

Yes it is the same auto I posted about a few days back. I just wanted a couple more opinions before I made the plunge.

That is cool. I am sure I will get an auto ball one day. Just not anytime soon, I am in no hurry. I will wait until he retires to get one.

That is great your auto came back authentic! I looked at it and thought it looked good but I am by no means an expert.

The ball I got was a gift from an ex girlfriend whose brother who worked in the clubhouse and was on really good terms with Jeter. He got me a Roger Clemens auto too but we know that is worthless now.

We also know that the Jeter ball will soon be worthless as well. Tell ya what, ship it to me and I'll pay postage AND $10.00 for your trip to the PO! LOL

The card was already authenticated and slabbed before I purchased it. In the prior thread, I cropped out the card from the slab to see what others thought. I was not doubting PSA/DNA but like I said. I wanted a few more opinions before I purchased the card.

Congrats! Great card and a tough one to find with a nice signature.

I'm still looking for the Pinnacle and Stadium Club auto'd to finish off my Jeter Auto'd RC's. And of course, I'm dying to add a nice '92 Bowman auto'd Mariano Rivera. It is the one card that I've never had him sign (0-4 attempts) although he signs just about everything else I send him.
