Found an old thread that mentioned "Guarantee Resubmission", but I don't see it in the PCGS fee schedule. What is the cost for this service?
Actually, I'm more concerned about getting a fake PCGS slab with who knows exactly what inside of it. What service can I use to have PCGS verify that the slab is real and that the contents are correct? Reholder?
