I was channel surfing and caught a discussion on the US debt. The speaker (didn't catch his name) had some charts showing the effects of QE1 and QE2 on the world's "usable" cash. He said the debt wall is when we globally spend more than we taken in (very generalized.) By his estimation we have a year left, specifically July 2012. His solution to stave off this calamity is a 10% spending cut. That's it. Will it happen?
