Several things going for this lot:

-Lowest sold by far of all issues
-top graded lot
-enough the add to sets if your building an flip a few to lower your costs further

I think the price is a little strong for 20. I am hoping for $6000.

Just gauging interest before getting with MCM to see if they will move on the price.

If I go to MCM ready to pull the trigger, maybe they will deal.

I will take 4.

Yep, I do
I recounted and, for some reason, must have double counted somewhere for an extra 4.
Too bad too as I was hoping the guys would get their 20 and be able to do it.

I have no problems owning up when I am wrong, and I was on this one
