Opinions on this item- 2001 Topps

Im looking for something not too expensive that would be exciting to open, This looks like it has some nice inserts, what im seeing is:

Looks like quite a range of inserts to look for including actual old cards inserted in the packs. IS there anything else that you think would provide this kinda bang for the buck?

Just keep in mind that it's a retail box. The chance of pulling any of the big hits are much tougher than a hobby box

To be honest with you series 1 only has a couple cards worth anything. #100 is one of them (only if it is gem mint). I would go after this one

The gold Ichiro card would be the card to shoot for.

Those black bordered cards in Gem Mint are tuff. I know the Ryan, Rose, and Schmidt all pull in some good coin in gem mint grade.

The Rickey Henderson in an M's uniform can fetch some cash- I believe it's still a POP 2. When I got the first 10, I got $175 for it. The Arod might get $50 too.

I get a box of the 2001 Topps Traded and pulled a chrome Pujols RC and the Ichiro/Pujols RC. Cool set.
