I'm sorry, this is OT, but I had to share it...

...with as many people as I can. It's about how we educate our children. It's 11 minutes long but I ask that you please take the time to view and consider it. I think it is amazing! I guess in some way one could find a way to relate it to PM's...that's where the "divergent thinking" comes in image

    Yep, what he said makes a lot of sense. I've got a second grade grand son that is bored to
    death. Reads at 8th grade levels and does math at 4th grade levels (all thanks to his Mom
    and Dad). School said they are going to bump him a grade (2nd to 3rd) and we'll see if that
    helps.

    Oh, and he collects coins, too!

    That really is an interesting, thought provoking lecture. I've watched it 3x now and I notice something new everytime.

    Really? only 2 responses to this? Doesn't anyone give a carp about how our kids are educated?

    I agree too many kids are diagnosed as ADHD, when all they really need is more exercise.
