shipping to spain question

What special shipping would you provide for a $15 item to Spain? I'm mainly looking to ensure the package gets to the destination. I normally do not ship overseas due to the delayed deliveries I've experienced in the past, but if the buyer wants to pay for the extra shipping and understands the potential shipping delay, I don't mind sending the item.

A 1 to 8 ounce package to Spain express mail is 29.95 GXG is 47.00 or GEG is 71.25, no cheap way to send a trackable item overseas.
1st class mail 4 oz package is 4.33 no tracking available.
I would gamble and send it 1st class unless the buyer is willing to pay the big bucks , also remember ebay gets 9% of the shipping and paypal gets 3.9% instead of the 2.9% of the shipping since it is international shipping. so ebay & paypal get $3.86 of the 29.95 the post office charges for express. thank you paypal & ebay may I have another one sir yippee.
