Three 1960 Topps cards. Thoughts on PSA sub...

Hi all. I'm getting together the first 15 cards I'm going to submit to PSA. So far have a couple 1952 Topps that I previously posted, and I was thinking about these three. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't sub these three. Isn't that a crease on the upper right of the Cash card. Also, weak corners on the other two, which are commons. Trying to be helpful.

Always looking for Mantle cards such as Stahl Meyer, 1954 Dan Dee, 1959 Bazooka, 1960 Post, 1952 Star Cal Decal, 1952 Tip Top Bread Labels, 1953-54 Briggs Meat, and other Topps, Bowman, and oddball Mantles.

What's wrong with the Bridges lower left edge? Trimmed?

It's up to you whether or not to submit them, but none will grade higher than a PSA 6.

Agreed, the corners are soft on the Bridges card. I appears that there is actually paper missing from the corners.

I agree with the rest of the guys ... MAYBE a "6" on Maxwell, which IMO, is the best of the three.

The Maxwell card is just the type of card that a newbie to grading may think could or will get a 7 or 8, or perhaps even a 9.

I know, I made the same mistake on my first submission to PSA, many years ago. That card has what appears to be a rubber band indentation - that's a 6 at best right there...it's got a slight ding on the bottom right corner - that's a 6 at best right there...and who knows what else with the card in hand. Cards can't improve a full point grade when they have an obvious flaw...the grader could only spot possible other flaws that you didn't notice which could drop the grade even further.

PSA grading is tough and the most respected, which is why their values are the highest in the marketplace.

Looking at the Bridges card, I always love when the player is actually looking at the main flaw of the card. lol

I agree with the others, save your money. These cards would be good for someone's raw set.

+1 Why blow three of your 15 free subs on these? Graded, they won't be worth anymore than left raw. JMO, but hold off till you get better / more valuable cards to sub.
Once you get a better handle on grading, you'll be glad you didn't waste your free subs on these.
