SNAD (significantly not as described?)...What do do next?

Bought a PS2 console and it didn't work. Returned for replacement per sellers instructions (have tracking number...the unit arrived back to seller Aut 29). I have emailed seller twice with no response and have not received the replacement unit. Do I file a claim thru Ebay or thru Paypal...not sure which is the better way since I rarely have to do this.

Thanks-
Claude

Definitely file and escalate to a claim...with DC tracking # you should get full refund including shipping..

EBay and Paypal claims are kind of one in the same, but I would file via eBay. They will ask you to ship the item back (which you already have) and provide a tracking number (which, luckily, you have).

I would go thru paypal first.

The return shipping is not part of the refund/claim process.

But the original shipping cost is, which is what I was referring to.
