Will PCGS Open Proof Sets and Correct Submission Errors?

I just submitted a couple unopened proof sets to PCGS. I did not want to risk opening them, so I thought I would leave them sealed in hopes that PCGS would open them. From experience, do they do that?
Also, when entering the data for the online submission, I think I may have accidentally listed a coin twice or put in a coin not listed. Will PCGS correct these errors and just charge me accordingly? Or will they charge me for the amount I put in?
Thanks,
Jim

If the coins don't match the submission form they will call you. I had one too many coins once and they called me.

<< <i>I was afraid that if I opened them, I might accidentally scratch it, get dust on it, and overall screw up the coins. I thought I might as will leave it up to the experts. >>
