OT: Photoshop help

I know this is way off topic, and I apologize in advance.
Can someone help me photoshop the picture below. The picture is of Foxtrot, 3rd battalion, 24th regiment
of my friend's kid in basic training. He just graduated high school and went str8 to the army.
Brandon (the kid's name) is a huge Modern Warfare fan (game) and I was wondering if anyone had
the skills to add on the bottom middle some sort of gun or scope. Like a first person shooter with
a red dot or circle. I think his parents and he would get a good laugh and maybe make basic training and
leaving home just a bit easier. Maybe add a caption on the bottom
right side like "Wow, these guys suck. They're just standing around."
Brandon is not in this picture, but that is his group....obviously he took the picture. If someone can do this,
I would appreciate it. Thanks.
