Miss labeled Slab, best course of action?

in PSA Set Registry Forum
i purchased a slab that PSA labeled "1991 Topps" when in fact it is an O-Pee-Chee release.

what's the best way for them to correct this?

    send it back to psa on a sub form, write mechanical error on the top. they will fix it free of charge and free shipping to you. you can also request a voucher for the shipping to psa also.

    If PSA will be taking submissions at any shows you plan on going to (check their show calendar), you can drop it off at that show and fill out the mechanical error paperwork there.
