Is it just me, or is this a weird-lookin' Bust half?

Looks like the seller cut out a black & white photo of a coin, almost!

I just thought the pix looked odd. Fake coin, or weird pictures? Wassupwiddat?

    I agree on cutting out a photo of the coin. The coin looks a little thin too.

    Looks almost like an early scanner, from the late 80s early 90s if dot matrix printers had an all in 1 this is the picture quality youd get. almost like a 400x680 picture on an old monitor based on 16 bit color.

    Yeah, his 3¢ Nickel pic, has the same washed out scanner or newspaper print look also. Strange!

    It's really weird that the background looks clear, lots of detail, and the coin looks like a bad scan...
    1829, i'd say die chipped out under serif . possibly o-103 ?
