What are PCGS SAMPLE SLABS WORTH?All input appreciated.

I have access to about 10 with circulated 1921 or 1921-S Morgan dollars in them, all are OGHs.
Great coins are not cheap, and cheap coins are not great!

  • PCGS price quide I'm guessing. They probably are more desired by some people being in OGH due to fact that some people are convinced they could have a shot at upgrading, but I don't know that you would get much of a premium. Just my observation.

On the Circ 21, $50-60 is a fair price.

Are the 21-S ones noted as such on the label? If so, they are rarer (is that a word?) and somewhere in the $75 range is reasonable.

If you have one callout on the label but a different mint mark on the coin, you could get north of $100 on Ebay. I believe the 1921 label / 1921D coin is the rarest combination.

All of the 21S labels I have seen actually contain a 21S coin.

    Hope this helps.
