Getting perturbed at certain auction houses...

Grrrr, and I'm not even complaining about vig they take off the top. Auction ended the 16th, they didn't post invoices until the 22nd, which I paid that same day, they finally credited my account on the 24th, and I just found out they haven't even shipped. Obviously someone was not prepared to take on the ANA auctions, it seems it is just more than they can competently handle.
