1920 Pilgrim Commem

Picked this up rather reasonably and was wondering thoughts on condition and value. Has a cleaned look to it but could be wrong...
Thanks in advance...

It's a cool looking coin, but I think it has been cleaned. I dunno about the resale value.

i think you are right, and perhaps you can say, harshly cleaned.

Sort of thought that might be the case.. especially the obverse..
The photos were not that great at the time I took a shot at the auction and well, live and learn~

    Here is my example:

I believe yours has definitely been cleaned (perhaps harshly) but it still could be a good deal depending on what you paid for it.

Again, as I've always said, you can't grade a coin accurately from a photo or scan, but based on these images I don't believe this coin is cleaned. Just lightly circulated. Remember, many of these weren't saved by collectors (like the later post 1934 commems) in high grade and indeed circulated. Nice wholesome piece.

I think if you paid <$60 for the coin, you probably did pretty good, and if you paid more than $80 you probably didn't do very well. Not a bad coin in my opinion.
