Bizzare ebay transaction - weird wax packs?

I recently purchased some raw cards. I bought a lot and the seller sent me 2 wax packs along with the lot I guess as an added bonus? I have no idea what these are. Thought they were funny though. I haven't opened them but I figured maybe someone here would know what these are.

Edit add: I found out on suckdelic.com those packs sell for 5 bucks each! LOL
