For the Wrestling fans

I was going through my parents' attic and found some of the old programs from Wrestling events that I went to when I was young. I lived close to one of the Wrestling hot spots back then for the NWA and my sisters (had 3 older sisters) boyfriends used to take me to the matches. Great fun and great memories. I was 13 years old for this one:

Here's one from earlier that same year when David von Erich was still alive, from one of his last matches as he died on Feb. 10:

    Fun to look at. Thanks.

Oh, the days when Kayfabe was alive and well. Glad to see the matches were "sanctioned"

From experience with selling wrestling publications, I would say that the Parade of Champions program is probably worth quite a bit.

Might be, but it's worth more to me as a souvenir. I don't really remember any details of the matches, but I had a lot of fun hanging out with my sister at some of the wrestling events. We didn't have a whole lot of money growing up, so it was awesome to get to go to some sporting events with them when their boyfriends were paying. My dad would take me to a handful of Rangers games a year too so I think that is why I like them so much as well even though they've been a crappy team for the most part over the years. The Cowboys were always priced out of our range (I think I went to one game), so I'm sure that contributed some to me not liking them even to this day, LOL.

I've got all my old ticket stubs around here somewhere too, I'll have to unearth those and scan them into a thread.
